Together on the road to further growth
Dear customer, supplier, partner or colleague,
The third quarter of 2026 was once again marked by growth, investment and further professionalisation at Trippaers Transport & Logistics.
While the transport sector continues to face rising costs, new road charges and a challenging labour market, we deliberately keep looking ahead. We are investing in our fleet, expanding our services and strengthening our team. Always with the same goal: to keep supporting our customers reliably, flexibly and personally.
Investments
Further expansion of our fleet
To serve our customers even better, we invested in additional equipment again this quarter.
Our fleet was expanded with new container chassis and trailers. In October, we also expect two new Schmitz mega trailers with curtain sides. Additional mega trailers, container chassis with gensets and tipping chassis are on our investment planning for the fourth quarter.
More capacity and flexibility for, among others:
▪ National and international FTL transport
▪ Container transport from Antwerp and Rotterdam
▪ Tipping container transport
▪ Mega and curtain-sider transport
▪ Flatbed and coil transport
▪ Transport with truck-mounted forklift
▪ First- and last-mile intermodal solutions
Warehousing
Additional warehouse capacity at Trippaers Logistics in Genk
Our logistics and warehousing activities continue to grow as well. At Trippaers Logistics in Genk, we are further expanding our capacity with additional storage space and extra loading and unloading docks.
This allows us to support our customers even better with:
▪ Temporary and structural storage
▪ Inbound and outbound activities
▪ Pallet storage and handling
▪ Cross-docking
▪ Inventory management
▪ Integrated transport and warehousing solutions
In addition, we are currently exploring further expansion opportunities for 2027. This way, we want to make sure we have enough room to grow together with both existing and new customers.
Container trucking
Strong growth in container transport
Container transport remains an important growth pillar within Trippaers Transport & Logistics.
From our strategic location in Genk, we handle daily transports to and from the ports of Genk, Antwerp and Rotterdam, as well as the terminals in Neuss and Duisburg.
We have chassis for 20ft, 30ft, 40ft and 45ft containers, complemented by tipping chassis, multi-chassis and genset solutions.
Our strength lies not only in the equipment, but above all in the combination of our own tractor units, permanent drivers, local planning and short lines of communication.
Safety
Safety starts with awareness
With the start of the new school year, our internal “Tuesday Tip” focused entirely on road safety.
We asked our drivers to pay extra attention to school zones, cyclists and blind spots. We communicate that message in Dutch, English, Romanian and Turkish, so that every driver within our organisation receives it clearly.
Defensive and fuel-efficient driving also remains an important point of attention. The average fuel consumption figures of our fleet are dropping week after week. That is partly due to more modern trucks, but above all thanks to the daily efforts of our drivers.
